Matt Thomas launches Mosquito TV, sister company to Mosquito Music, and Digital Media content providers for the future of the Web.

Mosquito TV's first prestigious project is produce the video content for Haymarket's Marketing magazines, Virtual Fair.

Splenda Brown Sugar Radio Ad

Mosquito compose and produce a jazzy, laid back number for "Splenda Brown Sugar" adverts featuring on the Capital Radio Network, starring top Chef Anthony Worrall Thompson, and a number of delicious recipes.

Cartoonito Hi5 Promo

October 2008

Mosquito compose and produce Cartoonito's Hi5 song and webspots for the new UK series of Hi5, which will be airing as a Promo on Cartoonito (Sky channel 619) for the next few months.

Matt composed and produced the song, the promo was shot at Teddington Studios, and then post production was completed at Wildtracks in Soho.

Featuring the vocal talents of the UK cast, Emma, Cat, Jenny, Luke and Chris who Matt has been working closely with as Musical Director for the series.

Billiam Hit No 23 in UK Top 40

June 2008

Boyband "Billiam" reach No 23 in the UK Top 40 with "My Generation", featuring Mosquito's radio friendly remix. The first new boyband to hit the charts in a long time, so well done to the boys!

It's a Hi 5 For Mosquito!

June 2008

Mosquito chosen as Music Director and Producer of the UK version of popular Pre-school Pop show, "Hi 5", already a big hit around the World. Featuring a brand new UK cast, Matt will be working on a number of catchy Pop songs for the show.

Watch this space for news, but Hi 5 will be hitting TV screens this autumn.

Billiam on tour with Girls Aloud

May/ June 2008

Boyband "Billiam", with remixes and tracks produced by Mosquito, are currently on tour around the UK with Girls Aloud.

"My Generation", follow up single to their top 40 hit "Beautiful Ones", gets an official release on June 16th, featuring the full Mosquito Remix.

Mosquito Compose "Comedy Sketchbook" Titles

April/ May 2008
Mosquito compose Titles and incidental music for "Comedy Sketchbook", BBC1 Wednesday nights at 10.40pm.

Comedy Sketchbook hosted by one of Britain’s best comedic talents, Angus Deayton, rates well averaging over 2.2 million viewers.

Mosquito/ Samuel Reynolds, "Fugitive"

December 2007/ January 2008
It was a productive end to 2007 for Matt, and Mosquito. Having met up-and-coming New York Singer Songwriter, Samuel Reynolds through Professional Music website, "Song Tank", Matt and Sam recorded together late December 2007. The track Sam chose to sing on their first night of working together was "Fugitive".

Matt was immediately taken by Sam's soulful, heartfelt vocal, backed by a melodic acoustic guitar, and set about producing a track that he hoped would do Sam's song justice.
